Let’s go to the mountains!
Introducing our beautiful bride, Tory!
For her big day, Tory looked so gorgeous in her sparkling A-line gown by Essense of Australia, paired with a cathedral length glitter tulle veil by the same designer!

How did this sweet couple first meet?
“We met through mutual friends who were together at the time. It was very natural and easy, and the rest just kind of fell into place.”How did Hayden pop the question?
“He proposed on New Year’s Eve with fireworks. Fireworks have always been his thing, so it made the moment even more special and meaningful.”Was it a surprise or did Tory know it was coming?
“I knew it was coming in the near future, but I had no idea it was happening that night—so it was still a complete surprise.”Let’s move on to our favorite topic - dress shopping!
“My dress-buying experience was so fun and simple. I knew exactly what I wanted, and Something Blue was the only shop I went to.”How did Tory know her dress was “the one”?
“I knew it was the one because it was exactly what I had always pictured myself wearing. It felt the most like me.”What was her favorite part of the planning process?
“Finding my dream venue was my favorite part. Once I saw it, the entire planning process felt worth it because I knew the view alone would make everything so special.”What about her LEAST favorite part?
“Planning everything from far away was definitely the hardest part. It was stressful at times trying to figure out logistics and make sure everything ran smoothly, but my amazing wedding planner helped me so much.”What was Tory’s favorite moment from her special day?
“Seeing everyone there to celebrate with us was my favorite moment. We only invited the people who truly mattered to us—no random guests—and it made the day feel incredibly special and personal.”What is the best piece of advice she can give brides-to-be who are currently planning their own big day?
“Let everything turn out the way it turns out. Not everything will be perfect, but those moments will become stories you laugh about later. Enjoy the day and don’t stress the small stuff.”Congratulations, Govert family!!
