She is GORG!!
Introducing our beautiful bride, Dana!
For her big day, Dana looked so amazing in a fitted lace gown {complete with gorgeous detached sleeves} by Madi Lane Bridal!
Paired with a veil from Bel Aire Bridal, she looked incredible!

The flowers for Dana’s wedding were on POINT!
Flowers by Steen out of Homer Glen did such a phenomenal job!

Dana and her hubby, Dominick, were married in a beautiful ceremony at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Frankfort, IL!

How did the newlyweds first get together?
“We met on Bumble!”
How did Dominick pop the question?
“We got engaged in Colorado. We went for a concert at red rocks and we did a lot of exploring and he proposed when we were on a car ride on Guanella Pass at the top of the snowy mountain.”
Was she surprised or did she know it was coming??
“I was hoping it would happen but I was pretty surprised when he proposed!”
After she secured the ring, it was time for Dana to secure the DRESS!
“I went multiple places to look for dresses with my mom, MIL, SIL, MOH and my niece. When I tried getting an appointment at Something Blue appointments were booked out for 2 weeks and I was so bummed cause I wanted to come asap, I got a call 2 days later the day before Thanksgiving that there was a cancellation that Friday so I took it right away! It was such a fun experience and I tried on so many dresses. I didn’t expect to pick the dress that I did, I think I was between 5 dresses and I kept re trying them all on, I believe my appointment went way over the hour mark! But ultimately chose my dress because it was so romantic and I just loved everything about it.”
What was her favorite {and not-so-favorite} part of the whole planning process?
“My favorite part of the planning process was really everything, I loved getting to look at different venues, trying different cakes and getting to narrow down all the vendors with Dominick.
My least favorite part was when it got closer and having to come up with all the timelines and important details for the day, it wasn’t a huge deal but it was important all the vendors were on the same page!”
Looking back, does Dana have a favorite part of her special day?
“My favorite part of our wedding day was being with my new husband all day, being with all of our friends and family and seeing everything we planned come to life!”
Finally, does she have any advice for brides who are currently planning their own big day?
“My advice would be to take it all in, try and take some moments during the wedding day to be alone with their new groom (or bride) and just be together and present with each other, also don’t put so much pressure on everything. If something goes wrong, no one will know but you and during the wedding you will forget about a lot of the little things you worried about!”
Congratulations, Dana & Dominick!
