Maddie and Tanner were married in a gorgeous outdoor ceremony at Ravisloe Country Club in Homewood, IL!

After the cute couple made things official, it was time to celebrate inside Ravisloe’s beautiful reception hall!

How did the newlyweds first meet??
“Tanner and I met our freshman year at Calvin University in Grand Rapids, MI. We quickly became part of the same friend group before starting to date our junior year.”
How did Tanner pop the question?
“He proposed on August 2, 2024 after a summer date night and all of our friends and family were there to witness it. We had a fun night celebrating with all of them!”
Did Maddie know it was coming or was she totally surprised??
“I had a hunch it was coming soon, but didn’t know for sure when. I was surprised when it happened and even more surprised that all of my friends and family were there.”
After the proposal, it was time to find her dream dress!
“My dress buying experience at Something Blue was amazing! The dress I selected happened to be the first one I tried on. I immediately loved it and told my sisters, mom, mother in law, and sister in law this. As I continued trying others on, I kept comparing them to the first one until I put it back on.”
What is Maddie’s favorite memory from her big day?
“My favorite moment of the wedding was seeing all of my friends and family as I was walking down the aisle. It’s amazing to see all of the people who love you in one spot!”
