How the new Mr & Mrs meet?

“We originally met in high school and then he transferred out and i never saw him again until our first date! But he always kept in touch with me throughout the years so it felt like reconnecting with an old friend. “

How did Tanner pop the question?

“He proposed to me in December on a very cold night! He told me we had dinner plans in downtown Naperville and we walked across the bridge on the river walk to see the Christmas lights and he stopped to propose to me on the bridge under all the lights! It was beautiful and perfect!”

Was Gabriella surprised or did she see it coming?

“It was a little bit of a surprise! My sister did my nails for me which wasn't unusual, but a few of my coworkers were suspicious which made me a little suspicious! But i didn't want to get in my head so i just let that thought go but they were right!”

After he popped the question, it was time to secure the dress!

“I had the best experience at SBB! I had my mom and sisters with me and my stylist was perfect! She made me so comfortable and when we were slipping in to dresses she could read my face and my emotions and knew what i wanted!”

How did you know your dress was "the one"?

“I knew my dress was the one because i tried it on and starred a little longer and i felt good in it. Then i stepped in to another dress and it just wasn't the same! My stylist could tell right away and suggested we get into my original dress and I’m thankful she did! As soon as she dolled me up and added the final touches and a veil i started crying and could totally see myself walking down the aisle in that dress!”

What was Gabriella favorite part of the planning process?

“Hard to say 😅 if i had to pick it would be having my husband be involved in the process because he was so hands on as well which helped lift the weight off my shoulders and showed we were in it together!”

What was Gabriella least favorite part?

“My least favorite part would have to be hearing outside opinions! Just do what you and your partner want to do and what you dream of for your big day!”

What was your favorite moment of your wedding?

“There was so many! I had the best time dancing with everyone, the food was amazing, i felt like such a princess, and i got to marry my best friend!!”

What is the best piece of advice you can give brides-to-be who are currently planning their big day?
“My biggest advice is to not let the planning get to your head! Everyone says it, but the little things don't even matter! The day goes by so fast you won't even notice if anything went wrong, but you'll have the best time marrying your love!”
