Ok, BOMBSHELL!!

Introducing our gorgeous bride, Jordan!

For her September wedding, Jordan chose not one, but TWO stunning gowns! A sparkling Martina Liana ballgown for the ceremony and a fitted, crepe Essense of Australia gown for the reception!

Before heading down the aisle, Jordan shared a very special first look with her soon-to-be hubby, Jerry!

“My favorite part of my wedding day was having a first look with my husband. Being able to take in the moment with just us two and saying our private vows to one another was truly special to me.”

After the newlyweds made things official, it was time to celebrate with a beautiful reception!

Jordan and Jerry’s love story begins long ago!

“We met in 3rd grade at Salem Christian academy in 2002!”

How did Jerry pop the question?

“I was proposed to at our home. I threw Jerry a 30th birthday party and he surprised me with the proposal/engagement party that same night.”

Was it a surprise or did Jordan have suspicions??

“I was totally surprised because I thought I was giving him his first birthday party and he turned around and gave me a proposal.”

Finding her dream dress didn’t come easy for Jordan…

“My dress buying experience was very chaotic for me . I thought I wasn’t going to find the dress I truly wanted. I went to Eva’s bridal first in Orland and I thought originally I found something I loved , but I wasn’t sold on it 100%. I tried David bridal next and didn’t find anything. My best friend then told me about something blue and when I went there at first I wasn’t finding anything I wanted either! But then I described exactly what I was looking for and Shannon brought me my dream dress. Not only did she bring me my dream dress she brought me the perfect reception dress as well. It came out to be over my budget, but my brother quickly stepped in and paid the difference for me.”

How did she know her dress was “the one”??

“I knew my dress was the one because when I stepped out of the dressing room all my friends cried and when I looked into the mirror I was overwhelmed with emotions of happiness and joy. I knew that was the dress I had been looking for all along.”

What was Jordan’s favorite {& least favorite} part of the whole planning process?

“My favorite part of wedding planning was asking my wedding party to be a part of our special day. This was my favorite part because I knew the people we asked were going to stand by my side throughout the entire process. They held my hand through everything and showed up for me in so many ways throughout my life so I knew it was very special to have them next to me on the most important day of my life. I lost my mom in 2024 so I knew the wedding planning would be tough for me because I didn't have her , but they made me feel so loved since the day I asked them to be in the wedding. They didn't hold back on showing up for me and I'll forever be grateful for them.
My least favorite part was our ceremony venue canceling on us 4 weeks before our big day. We chose our grammar school church to have our ceremony since it was where we met, and they canceled on us and I was devastated!”

Does Jordan have any advice for brides who are currently planning their own big day?
“The best advice I can give is to remember that no matter the stress , no matter the circumstances, remain calm and love your partner. Once the day is over you have to remember it will be the two of you starting your new lives together as one, so just continue to lean on your partner as much as possible and when the day comes take time to sulk it all in.”
