For her summer wedding, Ashlee looked phenomenal in her fitted, lace gown by Stella York!
The sparkles, the lace, the TRAIN! This gown is so gorg! So is Ashlee’s veil by Bel Aire!

For her beautiful flowers, Ashlee entrusted Catherine’s Gardens out of Oak Forest, IL to get the job done!
We’d say they did a fabulous job!!

Before heading down the aisle, Ashlee and her very soon-to-be hubby, Joe, shared a sweet moment together…
“My favorite moment of the wedding was the first look! I was so excited to show my husband my dress and it was such an intimate moment between the two of us.”

How did Ashlee first meet her hubby?
“Joe and I met on Hinge at the end of 2020 during the pandemic.”
How did Joe pop the question?
“Joe proposed to me while on a spontaneous trip to Montana. We went for a hike in the mountains that had a waterfall. Once we arrived at the waterfall, he got down on one knee and proposed.”
Was she surprised or did she know it was coming??
“I had a feeling he would propose on our trip, but I also was surprised when he did.”
After they returned from their trip, it was time for Ashlee to find her gorgeous gown!
“My dress buying experience was amazing! I never felt rushed or pressured to purchase a dress, which other places do. The person helping me was so helpful and attentive. All around a spectacular experience!
I knew the dress was the “one” when I kept comparing other dresses to the one I chose. it felt like it was designed for my body type!”
What was Ashlee’s favorite and LEAST favorite part of planning her wedding day?
“My favorite part of the planning process was tasting the food and cake because who doesn’t love food!
My least favorite part of the planning process was all the details such as timeline and design of things. My husband and I have different styles, which made it challenging to come to a decision.”
Does Ashlee have any advice for current brides-to-be??
“My best piece of advice is do your best to get little things done a head of time and don’t wait until last minute otherwise it can be very overwhelming. It helped my the week of less stressful and I felt like I lived in the moment knowing I did everything I could.”
Congratulations, Ashlee and Joseph!!
